The “Glow & Melt” Anti-Inflammatory Ice Cubes: A Morning Ritual for Glowy Skin, Gut Health & Sustainable Weight Loss

The Recipe for the “Ultimate Skin Hack”

Toss these into a blender. Don’t overthink quantities. This is more about consistency than perfection

🌿 Whole Raw Turmeric (Sabut Haldi)
Anti inflammatory gold. Helps calm skin inflammation and supports overall skin clarity.

🍋 Amla (Gooseberry)
Loaded with Vitamin C which supports collagen production and natural glow.

🫚 Ginger
Supports digestion and helps reduce bloating.

🌶️ Black Pepper
Helps activate curcumin in turmeric, making it easier for the body to absorb.

🍃 Curry Leaves
Traditionally known to support hair strength and scalp health.

🌾 Fennel (Saunf)
Helps with digestion and reduces water retention.

🌱 Cumin (Jeera)
Supports gut health and helps reduce bloating.

🍎 Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV)
Supports digestion and helps balance blood sugar levels. (Affordable & Effective option that I use is Kapiva Himalayan Apple Cider Vinegar)

🍋 Lemon
Adds freshness and supports detoxification.

Cinnamon
Helps regulate blood sugar and adds warmth to the drink.

The Method

🥣 Blend all ingredients with a little water. (Blender that can blend literally anything – Kuvings New Nutri Blender PRO)

🧊 Strain if you prefer a lighter drink or keep the fiber.

❄️ Pour into an ice tray and freeze. (Super affordable option: E-Cosmos Flexible Tray with Lid)

☕ Every morning, drop one cube into warm water and drink it first thing.

That is it.

No complicated routine. No expensive products. Just consistency.

What I Personally Noticed

Over time, this morning ritual helped in:

✨ Reducing inflammation
💧 Hydration from within
🌿 Better digestion and less bloating -Dropped a few kilos too 😉
🌟 Super clear, healthy and glowy skin over time

It works best when combined with balanced meals, sleep, and hydration. It is not a replacement for them.

Why I Call It “Glow & Melt”?

The goal is not aggressive weight loss or quick fixes.

It is about reducing inflammation, supporting digestion, and allowing your skin to glow naturally over time. The slow way is usually the sustainable way.

A Small Note
